Shipping policy

What is your shipping rate?

We charge a flat $8 (non-refundable) shipping rate for all orders.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and will be issued a tracking number once a shipment has been created.

How long until my order ships?

Orders will ship out within a 5-business day window period (Monday -Friday)

Do you provide Tracking & Delivery details?

All customers will receive an automated email including tracking once their order has been shipped to the email provided at checkout.

What if my package is lost?

Once a tracking number has been provided to the customer, Arrowhead Boutique is no longer responsible for tracking your package.

  • Arrowhead is NOT responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by freight carrier. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the freight carrier and file a claim if necessary. 
  • If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, Arrowhead is NOT responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. Please contact the freight carrier to start a claim.
