Refund policy

Returns

We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 15 days of you receiving your item/s. All returns will be processed as an in-store credit. Your credit will be sent to the email address associated with purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, tags intact, and in the same condition that you received item.  

Only regular priced items are eligible for return (sale, flash sale items, and final sale items cannot be returned). You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost (non-refundable).  In person returns can be made at our warehouse location @ 4301 Davis Rd.  Mt. Vernon, IN during business hours. Unless otherwise advised during email correspondence from Arrowhead's Returns Department. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your return has been received.  Once your return has been processed an additional email will notify you of your credit that will be in the form of an e-gift card. This gift card may be used online or in-store and has no expiration date.  Please allow 5 business days to process your return once it has been received at our warehouse.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact Arrowhead Boutique via email @ arrowhboutique@gmail.com

Include for reference:  Order number, item description, and new size needed (stock is not guaranteed).

Please mail your item/s to our Mt. Vernon store address, attention Returns Department. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost (non-refundable). Once your item/s have been received and inspected, we will ship out the needed replacement size at no additional cost or provide you in-store credit for future use.

  

Damages

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with them!

If your item(s) are damaged or if there is an issue with your garment(s) please contact our returns team within 3 business days. This way we can get any problems resolved for you as soon as possible! We do ask you to send pictures of your damaged/defective item and the original package the items were shipped in.
